The HAL Soft Tube Chair by Jasper Morrison is part of Vitra's HAL Chair family. The padded upholstery of Hal Soft provides superb comfort with rounded contours that soften the appearance of the characteristic HAL shell. The tubular steel base further enhances the contemporary look and modern appeal of the HAL Soft Tube Chair. The HAL series comprises a versatile seating family with a variety of sitting positions - even sideways or astride the chair. The fabric cover can be removed and changed as needed.

Materials/Construction

Upholstery - Plano F30 (100% polyester), Volo F60 (15% polyamide, 85% new wool), Dumet F80 (9% polyamide, 46% cotton, 8% linen, 22% wool, 15% rayon), Credo F120 (5% polyamide, 95% new wool)

Seat shell - glass-fibre reinforced polyamide. Polyurethane foam padding, replaceable fabric cover (to be carried out by Vitra Service only).

Base - non-stackable tubular steel base, chrome-plated finish or powder-coated in basic dark.

Glides - Fitted with hard glides for carpet. Felt glides for hard floors are available upon request.
